Revenue Manager | Hilton Grand Vacation Club | Las Vegas, NV Hilton Grand Vacations is in search for a Revenue Manager/Las Vegas Region with a solid track record for monitoring groups and transient business thresholds within five year forecasts to ensure measurable improvements of demand and availability. This position will be responsible for three Las Vegas resort properties. This ideal candidate will be supplying critical analysis on the effects of short range decisions effecting occupancy, average rate and room profit goals with current 53-week period. Analyzing city events and activities projecting the effect of possible opportunities. Monitoring competitive analysis. Commitment and dedication to our Spirit of Service culture is an expected behavior to be displayed towards our guests and team members at all times. Minimum Job Requirements: 1. Four (4) year college degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Hotel Management, or related field required. 2. Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years experience in Revenue Management required. 3. Computer experience with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook required and previous experience with HILSTAR and HORIZON systems, RMU certificate a plus!! 4. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
